Monroe Balloon and Blues Festival

Presented by The Arc of Green County – an organization that supports causes for special needs youth and adults. Your purchases at the beer stand go toward this cause.
Friday – Balloon launch at 6 PM, Balloon glows on the infield at the fairgrounds at 8:30 PM. On stage – Incorruptibles at 5 PM, Dylan Doyle at 7 PM. Saturday – Balloon Launch at 6 AM, Collector Car Show 9 AM – 3 PM, Balloon launch at 6 PM, Balloon glows on the infield at 8:30 PM. On stage – Chris O’Leary at 3 PM, Avery Grouws Band at 5 PM, Johnny Burgin at 7 PM.
