PRODUCER PROFILE: Mary is a lifelong baker, learning to bake from her grandmother and mom starting at a young age. She took baking in 4-H, and during high school, and continued baking for her own family. About ten years ago she picked up a cake decorating kit and started self teaching herslef how to decorate cookies, starting with gingerbread houses and then applying decorating to cakes and cookies. She opened her own little kitchen and started doing custom baking in another state and eventually moved back to Monroe and decided to reopen her own kitchen and start baking here.

As a teenager Angela had worked at the New Glarus Bakery under owners then Howard & Nancy Weber. After working there for 3 1/2 years, she always knew that someday she wanted to own the Bakery.
